My greatest drive and the reason for me to be an engineer is my passion for problem solving. I love analysing and partitioning a problem to then use my experience, intuition and imagination to come up with solutions. It is important to me to continuously learn new things and expand my preexisting knowledge. These aspects combined makes me thrive in software development where methods are easy to learn but hard to master and where opportunities for improving and optimizing solutions are abundant. Even though I love being a software developer, I have previously taken on the role of mentor and would like to explore more leading roles in the future.

The Feedback I have received from my previous undertakings is that I, thanks to my ability to communicate, positive attitude and flexibility, is easy to collaborate with, and build a relationship with, both for colleagues, managers and customers. I have also been told that I put great effort into quality and structure, that I am happy to learn new technology and methods in depth and that I take on challenges that contribute to my professional and personal development, and facilitates progress for the project team.

From my perspective, my greatest strengths are my ability to cooperate, work ethics and thoroughness. I constantly consider the effects a new piece of development can have on the product going forward and adapt solutions accordingly. I find it easy to maintain an open communication with my colleagues and create good dynamics in the group. When I am outside my comfort zone I enjoy digging around the task myself but I am not afraid to ask questions when needed, which has always been appreciated by former colleagues.
